$100 Refundable Equipment Deposit + $200 Registration Fee. Below is a link to the 2011 Football Registration Form.
You can print the registration form, sign it and mail it along with your payment to the address listed below.

Becase we understand that paying $300 in full may cause a financial burden on some famlies, we are willing to work with you. If you choose to break up your payments please include the payment schedule that you intend to follow and please put your child's name in the subject line of subsequesnt checks so we know whom the payment is for.
